Web-shop rules

Veronica-artglass will ship the item after payment has is cleared. You also need to pay in advance if you order through the webshop and pick up your own order.

If your order is not paid within 5 working days, then Veronica-artglass reserves the right to consider the order void and cancelling it completely.

You can choose from the examples shown. They can also be made to order in other colors and sizes but not bigger than 45 x 36 cm. Then keep in mind that the price can be changed, depending of the new measure and the selected color of the glass. The time required to produce an object varies from 1 day to 2 weeks. If a product you want to buy is present, I send it immediately after your payment. If you want to buy an item that is already sold, I can do something like that for you, but an identical copy is not possible. I do it like this : you pay me nothing until the item is ready. I will send to your email a few photos of the it. If you are satisfied with this, you do the payment, and I ship your order immediately.

On orders over than € 100, you can choose a gift for yourself from the category "decoration" or "candle holders".

All prices mentioned are in Euros, including 21% VAT and excluding shipping.

Shipping charges are in accordance to current rates of PostNL.
